Rhonda S. Wells is a lifelong entrepreneur and passionate beauty professional who has taken her craft to the next level. She is the founder of Markels Mobile Makeup, a mobile makeup and styling service that travels across the state, building her brand through networking, collaborations, and creative projects. Rhonda works with magazines, photographers, and fashion professionals to showcase the Atlanta fashion scene, contributing to its vibrant culture.

Her passion for beauty and her desire to create a nurturing environment for aspiring stylists led her to expand. Guided by her mentor from beauty school, Rhonda recognized the need for a larger, safer space where students from her cosmetology school could learn, work, and gain real-world salon experience.
This vision came to life when she moved into a much larger location-206, the flagship of Markels Beauty & Barber Salon.
At 206, Rhonda established the Stylist Training Program, offering a 17-chair salon environment where new talent could flourish. She created a space where hairstylists, nail techs, barbers, and tattoo artists-many of whom worked as independent contractors-could nurture their God-given talents, learn, and build their careers. Over the years, her salon became a hub for creativity, mentorship, and professional development.
